Ah, the dangers of being a small studio and recording on a fortnight-by-fortnight basis – episode 8 is a full 2 weeks late. As a result, you get a double drop of episodes 8 and 9 in one go!
Follow Kasey James and Deacon as they descend into another set of caves and cross an underground river, all in the hopes of avoiding the notice of the Pale Man also (to some) known as Dracula. Kasey speaks with this entity, or a projection of him, while underground, but her questions are not exactly answered..
Afterwards, Deacon takes her to see a smith, a knife-maker who sends them on a side-quest to find a blade for questing.
These episodes feature Jonathan Durnford as Deacon, Daniel Bell as the Pale Man, and of course our Danni Walker as Kasey and the narrator – and also as Walker, and as Mara Hartzmann, the smith.
